Born From a Community's Need to Protect Its Own
Popsicle CSST Solutions was founded on a simple but powerful belief — that every resident of Saint Joseph, Missouri deserves to feel safe, and that protecting our women and children is a shared responsibility.
Our Mission
Popsicle CSST Solutions exists to monitor convicted sex offenders and ensure they remain compliant with local and state registration requirements. When offenders fail to register, abscond, or violate the terms of their supervision, we act — alerting residents and working alongside law enforcement to hold offenders accountable.
We believe an informed community is a safer community. By keeping Saint Joseph residents up to date on absconders and non-compliant registrants, we empower neighbors, parents, and caregivers to take the precautions necessary to protect those most vulnerable.
